Directions from the A30
Take the turning signposted to St Erth train station and Recycle Centre off of the A30. Follow the road to the end where there is a T junction. At the T junction turn left into St Erth. At the bottom of the hill there is a stone bridge over the river Hayle, turn right here, before the bridge. Battery Mill Lane is an unmade track and can often be a bit bumpy so please take care. Follow the lane to the end where you will arrive at Stage1hydrotherapy’s car park which is clearly signposted. Please park on the left and the hydrotherapy centre is to the right.
Directions from B3302
Heading towards Hayle on the B3302 take the left hand fork just after the Smugglers pub (on your right) signposted to St Erth. Follow the road for approximately 2 miles into St Erth village. At the bottom of the hill is a cross roads go straight over here, over the stone bridge. Immediately over the bridge turn left into Battery Mill Lane. It is an unmade track and can often be a bit bumpy so please take care. Follow the lane to the end where you will arrive at Stage1hydrotherapy’s car park which is clearly signposted. Please park on the left and the hydrotherapy centre is to the right.
